Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products on the website extra-large.it. By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted them.

1. Seller

The products are sold by EXTRA LARGE, with registered office at Via Barberini 70-72, 00187 Rome (RM), Italy – VAT no. 01296091000 – e-mail info@extra-large.it – tel. +39 06 42884377.

2. Products and availability

Product images and descriptions are indicative; slight colour differences may depend on your device settings. Product availability is kept up to date but not guaranteed in real time: if a product is no longer available, the customer will be informed and refunded any amount already paid.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated separately before the order is completed. EXTRA LARGE reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price indicated at the time of the order shall apply. In the event of an obvious pricing error, the order may be cancelled with a full refund.

4. Conclusion of the contract

The sales contract is deemed concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation e-mail. EXTRA LARGE reserves the right not to accept incomplete or irregular orders, or orders where the product is unavailable.

5. Payment methods

Payments are accepted by credit/debit card managed via Shopify Payments. Transactions take place through secure systems and full card details are not stored by EXTRA LARGE.

6. Shipping and delivery

The methods, times and costs of shipping are indicated on the Shipping page.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

The conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and for refunds are indicated on the Returns and Refunds page.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Italian Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq.).

9. Limitation of liability

EXTRA LARGE is not liable for disruptions attributable to force majeure or to acts of third parties (e.g. courier delays), nor for the improper use of products by the customer.

10. Processing of personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or elected domicile has mandatory jurisdiction (art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code). For relationships not involving consumers, the Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction.
