Refund policy

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), consumer Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

How to request a return

The Customer must communicate their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a request by e-mail to info@extra-large.it, indicating:

• order number;
• first and last name;
• items to be returned.

Returning the goods

Once withdrawal has been communicated, the Customer must ship the product within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the Customer.

Return conditions

Products must be returned:

• intact;
• never worn;
• free of odours, stains or signs of use;
• complete with tags, labels and original packaging;
• in the same condition in which they were received.

Extra Large reserves the right to inspect the condition of the product before issuing a refund.

If the goods show deterioration resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the loss in value of the goods.

Refund

After the goods have been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the terms required by applicable law.

Shipping costs incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refunded.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• personalised products;
• garments altered at the Customer's request (for example hems, shortening, taking in, tailoring adjustments);
• other cases provided for by Art. 59 of the Consumer Code.
